The European Union (EU) on Wednesday delivered a new batch of protective uniforms and safety equipment worth over 130,000 euros (151,400 U.S. dollars) to the Bosnia and Herzegovina Mine Action Center (BHMAC) and the Civil Protection Administrations of both entities in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), further enhancing the safety and efficiency of nationwide demining operations.

The equipment is part of a 10-million-euro EU-funded project that also provides vehicles and finances for mine clearance activities.
