Senior Minister Ly Thuch, First Vice-President of the Cambodian Mine Action Authority (CMAA), thanked Beijing for its assistance in mine clearance, technical expertise, risk education and victim support. He also highlighted China’s backing for the Mekong–Lancang Cooperation on Mine Action project and emergency aid for clearing explosive remnants of war linked to the Cambodia–Thailand conflict.
